WhatsApp Vault

A product case study: a secure place inside WhatsApp to save the documents people already receive there (Aadhaar, marksheets, offer letters). I diagnosed why Starred Messages fails — it saves references, not copies, so files die as "media unavailable" — and designed a copy-on-save vault with auto-tagging, search, and a biometric lock.
